Ive chosen 4+ in Targetting, But sometimes it can just stand still with 2 monsters doing nothing untilll the next batch of monsters spawn which makes it 4+ instead of just continue running to next waypoint. Is there a way i can fix this?

Try writing 101 % and it will spamm mana instead as soon it has mana for the spell or what ever u want to do.
